Boob Tape – How to use
In four steps
Cut. Apply. Forget.

Step by step
Prepare your skin
Clean, dry, lotion-free skin. No oil, no sweat.
Cut the tape
Cut the tape to the length your look needs.
Apply nipple covers
Put the nipple covers on first. The tape never goes directly on the nipple.
Tape upwards
Apply the tape in the lift or support shape you want and press it down firmly.
Twelve ways to tape
How much lift you get, and what your neckline allows, comes down to the shape you tape. These twelve are the ones printed on the card in your pack.
Classic V-lift
Two strips from the shoulders, running diagonally inward under the bust. The all-rounder for deep V-necks.
Short lift strips
One short fan on each breast. For a smaller bust and plenty of freedom to move.
Wide V-lift
Like the classic V-lift, only with wider strips. More hold for a fuller bust.
Narrow V
Two narrow strips from the shoulder inward. Stays invisible under close-cut necklines.
Bandeau
One horizontal band under the bust. For strapless tops without lift.
Wide bandeau
The band across the full width of the bust. Strapless with more shape.
One shoulder
One strip running diagonally across one side. For asymmetric cuts.
Lift from below
Two short strips meeting under the bust. Lifts without adding bulk on top.
Deep V with hold
Wide strips set far to the outside. Maximum lift for a very deep neckline.
Diagonal across the chest
One continuous strip from the shoulder down across the bust. For wrap and halter cuts.
Short strips in the middle
Two vertical strips at the center of the bust. Draws the cleavage together.
Strap look
Two strips running straight down from the shoulders. Replaces visible bra straps.
Removal and care
- Loosen the tape slowly under warm water or with a little oil. Never pull it off quickly.
- The tape is for single use, the nipple covers are reusable.
- Rinse the nipple covers with water and mild soap and let them air dry.
Safety information
- Do a patch test first for allergies.
- Do not apply over nipples – use the enclosed nipple covers.
- Wear no longer than 10 hours.
- Avoid use on sensitive or damaged skin.
