Step by step
Wash your hands
Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
Prepare your skin
Clean and dry your skin. Do not use lotion.
Peel off the film
Peel the protective film off the pads.
Position the pad
Place the nipple cover in position.
Press on
Press gently and hold.
Removal and care
- Remove gently after wear.
- Clean with water and mild soap.
- Let air dry adhesive-side up.
- Store on the provided caps. That keeps your Lillypads ready for up to 30 uses.

- Do not use on broken skin or if allergic to silicone.
