Step by step
Wash your hands
Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
Prepare your skin
Clean and dry your skin. Do not use lotion.
Peel off the film
Peel the protective film off the pads.
Place the pad
Place pad, cutout over nipple.
Lift the flap
Lift the flap gently and press it on.
Removal and care
- Remove gently after wear.
- Clean with water and soap.
- Let air dry adhesive-side up.
- Store on the provided protection foil.

- Do not use on broken skin or if allergic to silicone.
