Step by step

1. Wash your hands

   Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.

2. Prepare your skin

   Clean your chest – no lotion, oil or sweat.

3. Apply the right cup

   Peel off backing and apply the right pad to your chest.

4. Apply the left cup

   Repeat the step with the left pad.

5. Close it

   Pull both sides inward and close the bra in the center.

Removal and care

• After wear, rinse the adhesive surface with water and mild soap.
• Let it air dry.
• Store it flat – that keeps the grip strong.

Safety information

• Do not use on broken skin or if allergic to silicone.
